Maxxed, a crypto casino and sportsbook run by Obsidian Ventures Limited with a license in Anjouan, has opened Discord and X communities and started a $10,000 giveaway before its planned October 2026 launch, according to Yogonet. The operator says it is building relationships with potential players while the product is still in development, rather than waiting until after opening day.

Community before the deposit screen

Maxxed said the usual sequence for an online casino is to construct the site, open registration, attract players, and only then attempt to form relationships. The company described its own order as reversed. Its Discord and X channels went live on July 8, 2026, and had about 8,000 members roughly two months later, the press release stated. Maxxed's Community Lead said: "Most casinos meet their players for the first time at a deposit screen. We wanted to meet our players months earlier." The same representative said every account is a real person rather than a deposit figure or acquisition metric, and the company wants to treat people that way from the first conversation.

Listening while the product is still under construction

Maxxed said opening the channels early gives it a chance to hear from potential users. People are discussing what they expect for withdrawals, verification, support, casino games, sportsbook, and overall experience. The company's stated principle is to hear from users before building, with conversations continuing after go-live. A person's first meaningful interaction with the brand does not have to involve registration or a deposit request. Instead, people can discover the brand, meet the community, see how the platform works, and join activities before deciding whether to play. Community involvement is separate from deposits and betting activity.

Four-stage community model

Maxxed described its approach as a repeating loop. Prospective players first enter the community, then their comments influence development, then the completed site gives them an incentive to remain, and those members sustain post-launch discussion. The company said this model is its own description, not an independent evaluation.

$10,000 giveaway with no purchase requirements

The operator launched its $10,000 community giveaway on August 25, while the platform was still closed. Maxxed said the giveaway is not a deposit bonus or a promotion tied to play. No deposit, purchase, or bet is required to enter, and it is open to adults in eligible jurisdictions. Terms are available on the operator's website. Additional community activities will offer more chances for members to take part and receive rewards, so that early participants come from genuine interest rather than existing paid activity.

Creator, streamer, and affiliate partnerships

Maxxed is starting partnerships with creators and streamers ahead of launch. The company said these relationships help it learn how players discover platforms and which content they respond to. Affiliate and agency work goes through Maxxed Partners, which the company says is built on long-term relationships rather than treating partners as acquisition channels.

October launch details

On launch day, the company said it expects to have more than 5,000 games from at least 40 studios, plus over 15 provably fair Maxxed Originals such as Crash, Mines, and Plinko. The sportsbook and esports product is set to carry thousands of markets and live betting immediately. The platform will accept only cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, USDT, and SOL, among others. The operator also plans instant withdrawals, 24/7 customer support, and a site in seven languages. "Launching a casino is more than opening a website and accepting bets," the Community Lead said. "We want to launch with a community that already knows what we are building, has seen the thinking behind it and has helped shape it."
